Frequently asked questions
Why book direct instead of on Airbnb or VRBO?
Booking direct means lower fees, direct contact with your host, and the same calendar — we sync availability with Airbnb and VRBO so dates are always up to date.
How do I get check-in instructions?
After your booking is confirmed you receive a private digital guidebook link with door codes, Wi-Fi, house rules and local recommendations.
Is booking direct secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, and you receive an instant confirmation with your booking details.
